In Indian rupees

Cash deposit directly to our bank account
ATTENTION: Unless we have given you a written approval, we do not accept cash payment in INR.
Any non approved cash deposit in our account will be charged 3% of the deposited amount with a minimum of 400 INR
The payment will be rejected and the payer will have to submit his ID, pan card and pick up his cash, less the fee, from Pune, India.

In EUR by bank card or bank transfer

If the payment is done exclusively in Euros, by bank transfer (EUR) or bank card (EUR), you are eligible to the following installments facility:

while placing the order
+25% one month after the order date
+25% two months after the order date
+25% one month before the departure
In all cases, the full payment needs to reach Milna no later than one month before the departure.

Example:
If the Participant places an order on the 1st September with a departure 1st November.
25% to be paid while placing the order (1st September)
+25% to be paid one month after the order date (1st October)
+50% to be paid no later than 1 month before the departure (1st October)

In INR by bank transfer

If the payment is done exclusively in INR, by bank transfer (INR), you are eligible to the following installments facility:
40%
while placing the order
+20% one month after the order date
+20% two months after the order date
+20% one month before the departure
In all cases, the full payment needs to reach Milna no later than one month before the departure.

Example:
If the Participant places an order on the 1st September with a departure 1st November.
40% to be paid while placing the order (1st September)
+20% to be paid one month after the order date (1st October)
+40% to be paid no later than 1 month before the departure (1st October)

In other available currencies by bank transfer

If the payment is done exclusively in an available currency other than (INR) or (EUR), by bank transfer, you are eligible to the following installments facility:
50%
while placing the order
+15% one month after the order date
+15% two months after the order date
+20% one month before the departure
In all cases, the full payment needs to reach Milna no later than one month before the departure.

Example:
If the Participant places an order on the 1st September with a departure 1st November.
50% to be paid while placing the order (1st September)
+15% to be paid one month after the order date (1st October)
+35% to be paid no later than 1 month before the departure (1st October)
